Privacy Policy — Arrow Dock
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Arrow Dock is a puzzle game published by P. Erada Tech. This policy explains what happens to information when you play it. Questions are welcome at eradatechofficial@gmail.com.
Your saved game
Your progress, stars, gems, settings and purchases are saved on your phone. The game has no accounts and no login, and we never upload your saved game to our own servers.
If Android backup is turned on, Android may include the saved game in your phone's backup to your Google account, so your progress can come back on a new phone. That backup belongs to your Google account; we can't see it. Uninstalling the game deletes the saved game from your phone.
Ads
The game shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may use your device's advertising ID, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about how you use the app. We never receive your name, e-mail or phone number from ads.
See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your choices about ads and analytics the first time you play, and you can change them at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the game. If you don't allow personalised ads, you may still see ads that aren't personalised, chosen from things like the game itself and your general location.
Buying Remove Ads or the Starter Pack stops the between-level ads. Reward ads stay available, and you only ever see one if you tap to watch it.
Purchases
Gems, Remove Ads and the Starter Pack are sold through Google Play. Google handles the payment and tells the game what you bought. We never see or store your card details.
Analytics and crash reports
The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how people play, for example which levels are too hard and where players stop. It records in-game events (such as starting, finishing or losing a level, using a booster, watching an ad or making a purchase), a random ID for this installation of the game, and general device information such as device model, Android version, language and country. It does not use your advertising ID, and analytics data is not used to personalise ads.
Analytics keeps that random ID on your phone only once it knows it may. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, that means only after you allow "Store and/or access information on a device" in the consent form the game shows the first time you play (you can change your answer in Settings → Privacy options). Until then, and if you decline, analytics keeps no ID on your phone, and anything Google Analytics still receives can't be linked to you or to your other visits.
If the game crashes or runs into an error, Firebase Crashlytics sends us a crash report: what went wrong in the game's code, the device model, Android version, game version and a random installation ID.
Neither contains your name, e-mail or phone number, and we do not try to identify individual players. Google processes this data for us and may store it on servers outside your country.
How long data is kept
- Analytics events: at most 14 months, then Google deletes them. After that only totals remain, such as how many players finished a level.
- Crash reports: 90 days.
- Your saved game: until you uninstall the game (and, if you use Android backup, as long as your Google account keeps that backup).
Children
Arrow Dock is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, write to us and we will look into it.
Your choices
- Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's Android settings.
- Change your choices for ads and analytics in Settings → Privacy options (EEA, UK and Switzerland).
- Delete everything the game stores on your phone by uninstalling it.
- Analytics and crash data can't be tied to your name or e-mail, so we can't look up one player's data; it is deleted automatically as described above. For any other privacy question, e-mail eradatechofficial@gmail.com.
